Cancelation Policy

Please note that reservations are not automatically confirmed upon submission, except for certain restaurants, as confirmation is made only after the JPNEAZY concierge contacts the partner restaurant directly to check availability.

1. No service fees will be charged until the requested reservation is confirmed. Once the reservation is confirmed, the reservation handling fee paid to JPNEAZY is non-refundable in all cases. In particular, for course reservations, a reservation handling fee of 10–15% of the course meal price will be added to the course meal price as a fee to JPNEAZY. For table reservations, the reservation handling fee is set at different amounts depending on the restaurant.

2. Cancellation fees will be applied based on the cancellation deadline specified in the restaurant's cancellation policy, with non-operating days of the restaurant or JPNEAZY not being counted.

3. The cancellation fee amount is, in principle, calculated based on the restaurant's course meal price for course reservations. For table reservations, the amount varies depending on the restaurant.

4. For course reservations, if the reservation is canceled after it has been confirmed but before the restaurant's cancellation policy is applied, only the course meal price set by the restaurant will be refunded.

5. A request for reservation cancellation must be submitted by 12:00 PM (JST) on the day of the cancellation deadline as stated above. Any request received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

6. The reservation date, time, and number of guests may be changed once. If further changes are necessary, contacting JPNEAZY Support is required, and instructions for the necessary steps will be provided based on the request.

7. All requests and inquiries must be submitted using the same email address used to make the reservation, either by replying directly to the reservation confirmation email sent by JPNEAZY or by clearly stating the reservation ID in the message.

8. JPNEAZY will not be held responsible for any resulting damages if emails sent by JPNEAZY are NOT received, acknowledged, or responded to regarding requests or inquiries.

JPNEAZY Terms of Service

Service Overview

The service provided by JPNEAZY (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") involves making reservation arrangements with partner restaurants on behalf of users (hereinafter referred to as "Guests"). Guests are required to pay a handling fee for using the Service. By using JPNEAZY, Guests agree to follow the instructions, procedures, and rules as outlined on the Service's website.

Reservation Confirmation Timeframe

Reservation requests made by the Guest are not confirmed immediately, except for certain special restaurants. Upon receiving the Guest's reservation request, JPNEAZY's dedicated concierge team will contact the restaurant directly to confirm the reservation. While we make every effort to confirm reservations as quickly as possible, it may take several days to determine the availability of the reservation. Additionally, for restaurants that have not yet started accepting reservations, Guests may be required to wait until the designated opening date set by the restaurant.

Types of Reservations

JPNEAZY offers two types of reservation:

(1) Course Reservation, which requires advance payment for the selected course meal, and

(2) Table Reservation, which reserves a table only, without selecting a course meal in advance.

Service Fees

For the use of JPNEAZY, the service fees to be paid by the Guest are as follows: for Course Reservations, the "Reservation Handling Fee (A)" and "Course Meal Fee (B)" will be charged, while for table reservations, only the "Reservation Handling Fee (A)" will be charged.

  • Reservation Handling Fee (A)
  • The Reservation Handling Fee is the fee paid to JPNEAZY for making reservation arrangements on behalf of the Guest. The Reservation Handling Fee is charged only when the reservation is confirmed by the restaurant. For Course Reservation, the handling fee is calculated as a predetermined percentage (10-15%) of the cost of the selected course meal. For Table Reservation, the handling fee amount is set by each restaurant. Once the reservation is confirmed, the Reservation Handling Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Course Meal Fee (B)
  • The Course Meal Fee refers to the price of the course meal selected by the Guest when making a course reservation. This fee is paid by the Guest in advance when the reservation is confirmed, and JPNEAZY will forward this payment to the restaurant on behalf of the Guest.

Means of Communication

The means of communication between the Guest and JPNEAZY are as follows:

All communication between the Guest and JPNEAZY shall be conducted via email. All requests and inquiries must be submitted from the email address used by the Guest at the time of reservation. The Guest shall either reply directly to emails sent by JPNEAZY or send a new email to the address below, clearly indicating the reservation ID in the email body. If the Guest fails to receive, check, or respond to emails from JPNEAZY regarding their request or inquiry, their request may not be fulfilled.

Changes to Reservations

Requests for changes to a reservation can be accepted before the reservation is confirmed. After the reservation is confirmed, changes to the date, time, or number of guests can be requested only once, provided that it is within the cancellation policy of the restaurant where the reservation was made. However, there is no guarantee that the requested changes can be made.

Reservation Cancellation

Cancellations can be made before the reservation is confirmed. After the reservation is confirmed, the cancellation policies of both JPNEAZY and the respective restaurant will apply, regardless of the reason for cancellation. For confirmed reservations, the cancellation request deadline is 12:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST) on the cancellation deadline specified by the restaurant’s cancellation policy. The cancellation deadline should be determined while considering the operating hours of both the restaurant and JPNEAZY. JPNEAZY Cancellation Policy should also be reviewed.

No Substitution of Reservations

Reservations cannot be transferred to another restaurant, even if it is a different branch or a chain of the same restaurant.

JPNEAZY Operating Hours

The operating hours of JPNEAZY are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST), excluding Sundays, holidays, and any other days designated as non-business days by JPNEAZY. Guests may submit reservation requests or inquiry emails outside of business hours; however, requests or emails sent after 6:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST) will be received during the next business day. Information regarding JPNEAZY's non-business days will be provided on the JPNEAZY website.

Response Time

JPNEAZY will make every effort to respond to reservation requests and inquiry emails within 24 hours, excluding non-business days. However, due to various circumstances, responses may take longer than 24 hours.

Payment Methods

The reservation handling fees and course meal fees payable to JPNEAZY can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club). For payments made at the restaurant on the day of the reservation, the available payment methods may vary depending on the restaurant; therefore, prior confirmation is necessary.

Payment Errors

If a payment error occurs with the guest's credit card when the service fee is charged after the restaurant reservation has been confirmed, an email with payment instructions will be sent by JPNEAZY. Payment must be completed through the link provided in the email. If payment is not completed by the deadline specified in the email, the confirmed reservation will be cancelled.

Changes to the Terms of Use

JPNEAZY reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes to the Terms will become effective upon being posted on the JPNEAZY website. When changes are made, JPNEAZY will clearly indicate the revised content on its website and may also notify users individually. By continuing to use the service after the revised Terms have been posted, the guest is deemed to have accepted the changes.

Prohibited Conduct

JPNEAZY reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who engages in any of the following prohibited actions. In such cases, reservations may be cancelled, and service fees may not be refunded. In the event of a serious violation, JPNEAZY may take legal action as necessary.
