Cuisine
The cuisine of Sushi Keyaki consists of sushi Kaiseki-style course meals that are made using seasonal ingredients. Plum meat, citrus fruit, salt, and more are mixed and used with the sushi so as to give guests the best taste of their lives.
The menu can also be viewed on an iPad as it also provides further information on the dishes created. Guests are encouraged to add some of the restaurant's sake to the meal in order to get the complete experience of dining at Sushi Keyaki.
Courses
At Sushi Keyaki, a few Omakase (chef’s choice) courses are offered to the guests. There is one that is mainly only sushi dishes and another that has sushi and sashimi. Some of the food that can be eaten in these courses consists of tuna, squid, ikura (salmon roe) and snapper depending on the season. All in all, guests of Sushi Keyaki know that they can order any of the two choices and enjoy both while knowing that their meal is being handled with much care.
Interior and Atmosphere
At Sushi Keyaki, guests can dine at one of the nine counter-seats offered. Guests need not worry about if they can not speak Japanese as the owner can handle simple English conversations.
