Chef Hiroyuki Nakatani was absolutely amazing. It became immediately apparent that he takes great care in the creative dishes he serves. Each item was carefully and artfully crafted with incredible skill. The taste of every piece was exotic and delightful. He is charming and funny as was his assistant. We were blown away by this very special experience.
